Help to Buy Does Just That

The government backed initiative, Help to Buy, did just that for Amy Flemons and her partner Michael Longworth and enabled them to buy a two bedroom home at the Miller Homes’ Archers Fields development in Silsoe.

“We had been renting and really wanted to buy our first home and we would not have been able to do so without the help of this scheme,” says Amy. “We had heard about it and it was very straightforward, all the information was sent to us to look at and any things we were not sure about were fully explained.”

Amy and Michael looked at other homes in the area but Archers Fields proved to be the perfect location and is well placed for both of them when it comes to work.

“Our home has an excellent layout and we are delighted with the move,” added Amy. “The Miller staff have been extremely helpful and the whole process worked well for us.”
