Success at Property Awards for Scotland

Miller Homes is celebrating after being awarded the Property Innovation of the Year award at this year’s The Herald Property Awards for Scotland recently.

The award, which was presented during a gala dinner at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow, was in recognition of the house builder’s innovative incentive schemes supported by its ground-breaking online marketing strategy – all designed to make it easier for potential homebuyers to move into a Miller home wherever they are on the property ladder.

Among the marketing and incentive schemes developed by Miller Homes to provide financial assistance to potential home buyers and recognised during the judging process were Recommend a Friend, Home Exchange, MiWay, Deposit Match and MiPrice weekends.

The judges were also impressed by the ease with which house hunters can search for a property using Miller Homes’ new website along with the functionality of the optimised version of the site for smartphones and tablets.

The Herald Property Awards for Scotland were established in 2007 and each year celebrate the achievements of Scotland’s most innovative and successful house builders, developers and registered social landlords.
