Miller Homes picks up award for best customer initiative

Miller Homes is celebrating yet another prestigious award win as we took the gong for Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative at the 2010 Housebuilder Awards.

The judges crowned Miller Homes’ efforts for our customer journey and passion for managing our customers’ needs throughout the buying process.

This accolade follows a successful year of award wins, including picking up trophies the Scottish Homes Awards, First Time BuyerAwards and Herald Property Awards.

Chris Endsor, CEO of Miller Homes, said: “I am thrilled with this award. The award comes as Miller Homes announce achieving top marks in the latest round of customer satisfaction surveys. A full 100 per cent of customers polled in July of this year said that they would recommend Miller Homes to their best friend.

Chris continues, “It feels great to know that our customers would rate our service to their best friend, and now we have a trophy to demonstrate how we put our customers first, we are extremely proud. We will continue to work the hardest for each and every one of buyers.”
