“At the end of the day their contribution, the way they helped me so I could secure my home, was magnificent.”
“As a first-time buyer my preference has always been new builds.”
From the start I knew I could invent my home from scratch in terms of structure, area, and decoration according to my own taste. As I have a big family, I decided to purchase a four-bedroom home, and the thought given to space attracted me. There is a main lounge and dining area that is easily converted to another lounge, and that suits me very well.
“I found a lot of things called to me about the environment.”
My development isn't central, but it also not very far out, so it's easily commutable. At the end of the day I can come home, relax, and enjoy some peace. It's also nice to be living in a good area with a highly reputable community.
“What stood out for me was the people.”
I lost my first reservation due to an issue with the bank, and they helped me get things done at my own pace. When I thought they'd sold out of my property they extended the conveyancing dates, and when I tried to move my incentives to my second reservation, they did it without losing anything. It's the way they took me through the process.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
…because I don't believe other developers can be so patient and so supportive, the way they have been. I've been to other developers, but Miller Homes is who I dealt with the most and they've proven themselves to me very well.
