Dunblane’s compact town centre has a timeless charm. Lying alongside the Allan Water and with a magnificent eleventh century Cathedral, it presents a delightful backdrop to shopping, socialising or exploring the fascinating, historic streets. Its shops range from local delicatessens and traditional butchers to M&S, the Co-op and Tesco, alongside boutiques and other specialists and services, including essentials like pharmacies and a post office. The retailers are interspersed with pubs, restaurants and cafés, creating a relaxed and inviting environment. For everyday needs, there is also a convenience store and off-licence, Dunblane Mini Market, just five minutes walk from Victoria Park. 

The area has excellent educational and health services, including a choice of dentists and a well-regarded Medical Practice in the town centre.
