Our{{' '}}Reviews
Don't just take our word for it. These are just some of the comments our customers have had to say about their brand new home.
“It’s an established area with a lot of amazing walks and trees.”
We looked at other developments and they seemed stark and empty, but The Grange is the exact opposite. Somewhere to enjoy quiet evening walks was important to us because of our dog and we’ve ended up in the quietest street with plenty of rural walks.
“Anything nature focussed and energy efficient is good in my book.”
Solar panels and energy efficiency were huge factors for us. Increasing mortgages and energy costs are both difficult, but solar panels were included in the price, which was great. Trees, plants and the mono-block driveways allow Miller Homes to go back into nature. We were thinking of getting a second car, but we no longer need to because the train station is a seven-minute walk away.
“We’re so happy with how the home turned out.”
An open plan home is something we love; a closed off kitchen is never appropriate whilst entertaining. The kitchen seating area makes the home adaptable. It’s excellent seeing our optional extras come to life; it released our creative side. Walking into our dream kitchen was such a nice feeling.
“The process was very smooth.”
Miller Homes stood out from the crowd when we found out we didn’t have to sell our house to reserve. As long as the home was for sale six months before completion, we could reserve. This was a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. Donna made things easy for us as she provided us with plans and answered our questions. She also passed us onto a broker who specialised in new build mortgages. They were able to set things up for us instantly. That smoothed out the process, as we could deal with the bankers and lawyers online.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes…
…because compared to other builders, Miller Homes properties offer better space. Miller Homes are ahead of their time as they considered people who work from home in their floorplan.
