From sleek, designer kitchens to cool, contemporary bathrooms, down to the fine details of tiles and taps, there's plenty to fire your imagination and suggest a whole range of possibilities for you to create a unique living environment.
Please note: Specification choices are dependent on build stage at the time of reservation.
We include turf to the front garden only, and we don’t include any carpets and floor coverings in our homes as standard. This allows you to choose what you’d like to do with your space and budget. If you prefer, you can choose these items as upgrades at your new home options meeting.

Local{{' '}}Amenities
Welcome to Kinglass Fields.
On the edge of this historic town, buffered by open green landscapes to the south and just a mile from the town centre, this prestigious development of two, three, four and five bedroom homes presents an opportunity to settle in a mature, traditional community within easy commuting range of Edinburgh and the whole central belt. Close to local shops and amenities, and adjacent to bus routes and footpaths, it combines convenience with a real sense of roots.
For more local travel, Bo’ness town centre is a short walk away. The homes are close to a network of footpaths and cycle routes. The town has a number of unusual attractions that reflect its long history, including a celebrated heritage steam railway, the Bo’ness and Kinneil Railway, which operates trains between Bo’ness and Manuel and also has a volunteer run historic railway museum. Bo’ness is also the location of Scotland’s oldest purpose-built cinema, the magnificent pre-Art Deco Hippodrome, and the local library is housed in a renovated 17th century building.
More modern leisure amenities include West Lothian Golf Club on the southern edge of the development and Bo’ness Recreation Centre, around a quarter of a mile away. The Recreation Centre incorporates a 25m swimming pool, a well-equipped gym and a wide choice of sports and fitness activities. It also has recycling bins for glass, metal cans, clothing and shoes, and there are more comprehensive recycling facilities at Kinneil Kerse, around two miles away. The Co-op store in Linlithgow road, less than ten minutes walk from the development, is a licensed food store and newsagent, and is open till late seven days a week. There is a pharmacist just a little further on in Dean Road. The town centre contains a mixture of traditional specialist shops and services as well as Lidl and Tesco Metro stores. There is also a selection of shops, including a Sainsbury’s, in nearby Linlithgow.
Of the five primary schools in the town, the two nearest to the development are Kinneil Primary and St Mary’s RC Primary, both of which have had positive inspection reports, and for secondary education Bo’ness Academy is just a few minutes walk away. Kinglass Medical Practice, a full-time service with three GPs, is just half a mile away, and the choice of dental surgeries in the town includes the Rosemount practice, approximately a mile from the development

Our{{' '}}Reviews
Don't just take our word for it. These are just some of the comments our customers have had to say about their brand new home.
“I love the modern style of new build homes - I’ve had so much fun making it our own and adding the finishing touches. The layout and generous space in the Darwin is perfect for us and the home feels bright and airy. I love that we can adapt the home as Ella grows. She really loves having her own room and we have plenty of space for all her toys.
“The open-plan kitchen and dining area is our favourite space. We didn’t have a dining room in our previous home so we now love having guests over and cooking for them - the layout of the room makes entertaining so easy. We’re hosting our first Christmas this year and can’t wait to have everyone over.”
“I was so surprised at how smooth our Miller Homes journey was, especially with a two year old in tow. The Development Sales Managers were so helpful and kept us informed every step of the way, making the move stress-free. The best thing was that our home was ready for us to move into which made everything so much easier as we could start furnishing it straight away.
“We’ve really settled into the community and have been getting to know our neighbours. We have two friends that live on the development and my Mum has just bought a home in the same street!”

“It was our first brand new home and we’d heard of Miller Homes before, so we were happy to be buying from an established company. I love the design of our home because of it’s entrance appeal. The feel of the home was bright and open … It’s spacious and the rooms are sizeable, not like a lot of other new builds.
The Site Managers have been very good and attentive. If we needed anything, they’ve always come straight away. We’ve been made very welcome by the administration staff, the Site Managers and the rest of the team.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes...
...because it’s been a good experience all round; I can’t fault them at all.
