We include turf to the front garden only, and we don’t include any carpets and floor coverings in our homes as standard. This allows you to choose what you’d like to do with your space and budget. If you prefer, you can choose these items as upgrades at your new home options meeting.

Leisure
Ideally situated for exploring the Angus glens and the picturesque East Coast, with its fine beaches, the development is a perfect base for people who enjoy natural pursuits and the open air. The popular seaside attractions of Broughty Ferry, with its historic castle, and the celebrated golfing facilities of Monifieth and Carnoustie are just minutes from Ferryfields. Other golf courses nearby include Ballumbie Castle with its comprehensive and friendly amenities. In addition to a range of modern shopping malls, such as the Wellgate and the Overgate Centres, with their lively mixture of high street names and local retailers, the city centre hosts regular farmer’s markets.
Transport
Ferryfields is well placed for access to the Kingsway, bringing all parts of the city into rapid reach. Dundee has excellent national road and rail links, and the city’s airport has five scheduled ‘Tay to Thames’ flights a day to London City Airport.
