The service charge runs until 11/08/2023. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.

This isn’t the first time I’ve bought a completely new home so I knew what to expect. The first one went so well that I had every confidence this experience would be the same and it was. All the people I’ve met throughout the process have been really friendly and helpful.

The development is just on the outskirts of Sileby, which is quite a small village. I like that this is the last housing estate in the area and then there are fields, so the location is just great. There are 2 very popular small pubs in the village and when we can, these will be a lovely place to meet family. Having 3 large parks in the area is also something I appreciate, especially as I have a young son. The A46 is on one side of the village and the M1 isn’t too far on the other side so it’s pretty easy to travel from this location.

I hadn’t been able to do that when I purchased my last new build, so it was great to have the opportunity this time. I’ve added integrated appliances, spotlights and a shower above the bath so my home feels quite personal to me. The bedrooms are a good size too and the use of the large landing area in the show home gave me an idea as to how I could organise my own home. It was shown as a study area and that’s exactly how I have it in my house. It’s a really good space, especially as my partner works at home from time to time.
