We include turf to the front garden only, and we don’t include any carpets and floor coverings in our homes as standard. This allows you to choose what you’d like to do with your space and budget. If you prefer, you can choose these items as upgrades at your new home options meeting.

At one stage we’d reserved a different plot, but we pulled out when we realised that the timing didn’t work for us. Then, we were pleased to find this plot would be ready when we needed it. The roof was already on and Ben and Emma, the Sales Manager for the area, spoke with senior management to say I was buying the third house with them. They said I wanted to add more options to the house and make a few changes. They accommodated me and allowed me to bend the rules to have the options.
