The Recruitment Process

To help identify a genuine recruitment offer from Miller Homes, all our vacancies are managed through our HR department and are posted online, either on our website or via a recognised recruitment portal. We never include email addresses for individual employees on job advertisements and we will never email a job offer or opportunity before an interview has taken place. When applying through our website, you will receive an automated reply which will appear on the page after successful submission - you will not receive an email stating that we have received your application.

If you think you have received a fake job offer, here are some additional ways to help identify recruitment fraud:

  • Early requests for personal information.
  • Requirement to complete employment paperwork prior to an interview or verbal or written job offer.
  • Requirement to provide money – The Miller Group NEVER asks for money.
  • Correspondence signed off with a Miller Group employee’s name and details – staff information will only be provided if you are successful in reaching the interview stage.
If you suspect you have been a victim of recruitment fraud, please contact your local police as soon as possible.
