    The whole purchasing process was a very stress-free process considering it was our first new build home.  The sales lady was open and honest, and she answered all of our questions.  If she didn’t know an answer, she’d find out and get back to us in a speedy manner.  You always have snagging on a new house, but all small niggles have all been sorted out effectively, either by head office, the site sales office or the Site Manager.
