Our{{' '}}Reviews
Don't just take our word for it. These are just some of the comments our customers have had to say about their brand new home.
“Our Sales Executive’s professionalism, passion and dexterity working for Miller Homes, and selling a Miller Home, blew me away.”
“I’ve bought a new property before, but what was different with Miller Homes was the buying experience.”
It was so good to see excellent customer service all the way through. I’ve always had full confidence in the Site Manager and Sales Executive. Liz in Sales was a breath of fresh air and our relationship with her was very important. We quickly built up a rapport and nothing was too much trouble. She always kept us well informed and we had full correspondence. Meeting with the Site Manager, Richard, was also excellent with a full viewing of the plans and the area, so we always had clarity about what was happening and what the site would look like.
“I bought a Miller Home because I heard about their reputation for build quality and I appreciated their traditional style of build.”
The Wheatcroft property I purchased looks very much like a country residence. We do a lot of entertaining, so having such a spacious kitchen and dining room is brilliant. I was also attracted to the double apex aspect of the house with a bedroom in each apex, a central door and excellent brickwork. Sometimes you look at a property and it can be very simplistic with square walls and not much detail, but I can see it all here. This is a very pretty house.
“From our bedroom window we overlook farm fields; there’s no better view than that.”
Willow Grange is a small, personal development. It’s situated in a great position with the M6 three minutes away. We can’t see it or hear it, but for commuting to the north and south of Birmingham it’s great for me and my job. For leisure, once we’re out of Willow Grange in a couple of minutes we’re in Stafford town centre with its shopping, cinemas and restaurants.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes...
...because of the clarity and customer service from my dealing with the sales representative, through to completion. We have had a handyman on call for nearly three months, so if we need anything at all, we can call him. That for me, personally, is an unheard of, amazing service.
