We are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Co-ordinator to join our technical team based in our Southern (Basingstoke) office reporting to the Technical Director.

We are recruiting a Technical Co-ordinator to join our Technical team based in our South Midlands office reporting to the Technical Director. As a Technical Co-ordinator you will oversee the day-to-day management of architectural and technical matters engaging with external contractors, consultants, and various internal departments. You will need to demonstrate the ability to efficiently solve technical issues and communicate effectively with site teams on a range of matters.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of technical issues and a good understanding of Building Regulations / NHBC standards ideally gained within a previous technical role within a major residential developer. You should possess a relevant qualification (HNC, HND, an appropriate degree or corporate membership of a relevant professional institution). It would be beneficial to have a good contact base within the industry including Local Authority / NHBC contacts, consultants, architects, etc.
