Our Early Talent Scheme is a comprehensive program that offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and tailored development opportunities across various departments. it is aimed at individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers and are passionate about continuous growth and learning.
As a Group Procurement Trainee, your principle focus will be on the procurement aspects of our homeowner’s specification upgrade & options offering. You will engage with the supply chain to help develop & ensure products meet customer’s expectations and internal stakeholder’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with suppliers on procurement related aspects of products for Customer Options
- Researching new areas of the markets, suppliers & products
- Collecting and analysing data to help predict trends & provide recommendations.
- Negotiating with suppliers to ensure best outcomes in price, quality & delivery
- Sourcing & developing product ranges from inception to customer selection
- Delivering reports on sales data, marketing activity and other metrics
- Adapting offering based on feedback and behaviour with continual improvement
