New App Enhancements For Home Buyers Revealed

Miller Homes has launched exciting enhancements to its popular My Miller Home app that now allows prospective buyers advance notifications of new plot releases, as well as the chance to personalise their home with fixtures, fittings and extras before they’ve even reserved it. 

App users will be able to search for a location, development or show home they would like to see. They can input their preferences for the type and size of house they’re looking to buy and receive notifications when matching plots become available – typically 24 hours ahead of release. Users will then be able to book an appointment with the sales team seamlessly via the app.

The new app also includes Miller Homes’ Options Visualiser, which shows a digital version of a property. Customers can use it to experiment with a range of styles, colours, finishes and features to create their perfect interior, whilst a running total keeps track of the cost.

Miller Homes is also offering £100 worth of options vouchers for those who download the app and these can be used towards fixture and fitting options if they go on to purchase a home.

Another new feature is ‘Your Buying Adventure’, an interactive guide that takes customers through the new build buying journey, providing helpful tips and advice every step of the way.

The app puts buyers firmly in control, so they can choose how they want to be kept informed about developments. The types of plot and specific locations they’re interested in, as well as the method of communication, such as notifications, SMS messages and emails, can all be changed at any time.

The My Miller Home app was previously only accessible to customers who had placed a reservation on a home or plot. However, with these new features available pre-purchase, the app will only need to be downloaded once for a customer’s entire buying process.
