We are looking to recruit a Senior HR Administrator to join our fantastic team.  The role can be based at any of our regional offices, with a preference to Wakefield, Edinburgh or Worcester. The Senior HR Administrator will manage the administration of the full employee life cycle and provide comprehensive, effective, and efficient HR support to the business and the team. The role will take the lead in the daily running of the HR information system, and to deputise for the Group HR Manager where required. In addition, the Senior HR Administrator will provide day to day support and guidance to the HR admin team, managing and delegating workloads as required to maintain efficiency and meet service level agreements. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To maintain accurate HR information including the entry and verification of data onto the HR system, ensuring the information is accurate and timely. 
  • To provide administrative support in the delivery of key HR services, such as employee onboarding, attendance, terminations, offer letters, contracts and amendments and other relevant paperwork.
  • To support colleagues with HR system queries, in an accurate and timely manner. Supporting line managers to enable self-service where required
  • To act as a point of contact for internal and external contacts, ensuring queries are dealt with to a high professional standard. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience of working in a busy HR operations / enquires team is essential
  • Strong HR administration experience
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail whilst under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to exercise discretion and high levels of initiative
