We are looking to recruit a Sales Director to join our East Midlands sales team and lead the Sales function of our largest region. The role will see you direct and lead the Sales Department by providing the highest quality advice and guidance to the business and its component projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be instrumental in developing and delivering the Business Plan (from land purchase to final completion)
- To maintain an overview of Sales performance and ensure that project profitability is optimised and that budget/targets are delivered or exceeded.
- To ensure the provision of excellent levels of customer service to the customer base whilst up holding the core values of the business and the requirements of the NHQC
- Management of departmental cost
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience gained in a similar role within the new house-build environment
- Highly customer focussed with a proven ability to secure results through third parties
- A skilled people manager who can identify and proactively manage a team of geographically spread and multi-disciplined employees
- A natural leader possessing integrity, presence, drive, determination, natural enthusiasm and sense of humour.
