We are looking to recruit a Sales Advisor to join our fantastic East Midlands sales team and work with senior sales colleagues to secure the sale of homes, ensuring legal completions are achieved whilst ensuring customer satisfaction targets are met

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
  • Adhering to the KPI’s set by the business to in order to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure reservations and legal completions are progressed according to programme
  • Maintain knowledge of local market place and competitor activity

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A presentable, customer-facing professional with preferred experience of dealing with customers
  • Able to work independently, on own initiative yet still able to follow guidelines and advice.
  • High personal and professional integrity, presence, drive, determination and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the region, and work 3 in 4 weekends
