We have a brand new role within our Group Partnerships function.  The Coordinator role will support the Group Partnerships team by coordinating aspects of the partnerships process, playing a key role in the setup, tracking, and ongoing management of strategic partnerships with Housing Associations and PRS/BTR investment partners.  The role focuses on leading on new opportunities, supporting the Group Partnerships Manager with deal progression, negotiating and securing offers from the Private Rented Sector (“PRS”) and Registered Provider (“RP”) market, managing day to day partner interactions at tender stage and working closely with internal teams to assist deliver partnership schemes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Group Partnerships Manager to progress live transactions, supporting deal strategy, coordination and execution from Heads of Terms through to completion.
  • Track and manage partnership offers and live opportunities, whilst maintaining clear records of pricing, offer and/or deal status and key milestones.
  • Assist with the negotiation and administration of Agreements for Sale, Development Agreements, Section 106 transactions and Additionality or PRS/BTR deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including land, legal, technical, and commercial, to assess partnership viability and ensure projects align with business objectives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Enthusiastic, knowledgeable person familiar from a Land or Partnerships background with experience in working with, commercial, technical, design and legal advisors.
  • Numerate and comfortable working with financial information, with support and guidance
  • Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
  • Degree qualified (or working towards) in a relevant subject.
