We are looking to recruit General Operatives to join us across the West Midlands region. The General Operative will support the Assistant Site Manager / Site Manager by completing all remedial and manual works as instructed across relevant Miller Homes Limited sites
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- On a live site report to the Site Manager and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations
- Always keep a tidy workplace and clean up in a property at the end of each day
- Keep regular paperwork for tools, vehicle inspections on a monthly basis
- Adhere to Company Policy and where applicable wear company uniform/relevant Personal Protective Equipment at all times
REQUIREMENTS:
- Skilled operative; any experience of operating plant, equipment and machinery within the building/construction trade is desirable
- Responsible and conscientious individual who will take a proactive approach to ensure a safe, clean working environment
- Capable of working under own initiative and as part of a busy team
- Experience of working on a busy house building/construction site
