We wish to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Production team based in our Teesside Region reporting to the Production Director.
The role will involve all aspects of projects from inception to beyond completion and will include responsibilities for SH&E, Construction Delivery, Customer Care, Quality and Financial Performance.
We are looking for an individual who is result focused, can make a difference by constantly striving for excellence, and have a positive can do attitude.
Candidates will need the necessary skills and capabilities, behavioural attributes along with the knowledge, experience and qualifications to fulfil the role. In addition, they will be able to demonstrate their enthusiasm, energy and leadership skills to promote a positive culture to lead a successful team.
Must be driven to maintain Miller Homes 5 star HBF status.
