We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our Teesside team based in our regional office in Newton Aycliffe.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to take up this exciting opportunity. This is a varied role, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide day to day administrative support for the Teesside team. 

You should possess a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.  A high standard of written and oral communication is required along with proficiency in typing, numeracy, and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

The type of work involved includes:

Key Functional Areas 
Electronic and paper filing of correspondence, general papers and emails
Reception - answering calls from customers / employees.  Dealing with deliveries to the office 
Typing of a variety of documents including letters, memos, reports, presentations, minutes
Arranging meeting and meeting rooms, welcoming visitors and arranging tea/coffee/lunches
Helping with Board packs (as and when required)
Assisting the PA with the Complaints procedure 
Maintaining information on our databases, systems and registers, which may include Streamline / Options Database / JDE / CRM system etc.
Maintaining the training for the office staff, including booking courses, issuing reminders and filing certificates
Preparing Sales/Reservation packs 
Preparing Site Manager and Sales Packs (i.e. printing drawings and collating folders etc.) 
Assist with the office and building maintenance
Other ad hoc duties which are required

This role would suit an individual with experience who can demonstrate the skills required or someone who is willing to learn.
