    Exit M6 at J21 following signs to Warrington (Manchester Road, A57). At Cockhedge Green roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A49, Lythgoes Lane (signposted Wigan). Turn left onto Haydock Street. At the end of Haydock street turn right and then immediately left onto Tanners Lane. At traffic signals turn right onto Bewsey Road. The development will be on your left.

    From M62 (Liverpool direction)
    Leave the M62 at Junction 9, then at the roundabout turn right onto the A49, Winwick Road (signposted Warrington). At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A49 (signposted town centre). At the traffic signals turn right onto the A574 Kerfoot Street (signposted Warrington Hospital). Continue onto Folly Lane. At traffic signals, turn left onto Bewsey Road. The development will be on your right.
