Deposit Contribution

We'll contribute towards your deposit, making it easier for you to get on or move up the property ladder.

Sometimes we may be able to contribute to the deposit you’ve saved. On selected plots, we'll add to whatever you’ve saved as a deposit on your new home. At Miller Homes we want you to have your dream home, so we’ll do whatever we can to make sure those dreams come true.

A few important details

On selected properties, Miller Homes will pay up to 5% of the purchase price as a contribution to the customer’s deposit. The customer must pay the standard reservation charge on their selected plot. The value of the Deposit Contribution payment will be deducted from the total sale price on legal completion.
