A couple are looking forward to the next chapter of their lives after moving into a dream new home at Regency Gardens in Southwell.
Nicola Cox and her fiancé Marcus Mehta were the first to move in to the neighbourhood, where Miller Homes is creating 34 houses.
Officially opened last May, Nicola said she jumped at the chance of securing a new home at the development:
“After getting engaged in January last year, myself and Marcus set about finding a new home and instantly fell in love with the beautiful area of Southwell.
“We were the first to reserve a house off plan, and we couldn’t believe our luck when we secured our fantastic Darwin style property at Regency Gardens.
“Miller Homes have exceeded our expectations in helping us create the perfect new home.”
Just half a mile from Southwell town centre, Regency Gardens offers homebuyers an eco-friendly range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes in Nottinghamshire.
Alastair Parsons, sales director at Miller Homes Midlands, said the response to the development reflected the desirability of Southwell as an area:
“It comes as no surprise that we’ve had a huge response to this development. The new community provides great access to wide variety of local amenities in the picturesque market town of Southwell, including the impressive Southwell Minister.
“Exceeding our customers expectations is the main priority when attracting buyers to the development, helping to ensure every step of the journey, from moving in day and beyond, is as smooth a transition as possible.
“We wish Nicola and Marcus many years of happiness in their new home.”
