Peter Haughton and his wife Libby, have recently bought and moved into a five bedroom home on Miller Homes’ The Potteries development located in Lancaster.

For Peter and Libby, the decision to buy a brand new home was not a difficult one.  They had a clear idea of the style and size of home they were looking for and although they spent a great deal of time looking at different options they were unable to find a home that offered them the additional space for a children’s playroom. As parents to Patrick and with another addition to the family on the way their ideal layout was none negotiable.

After consulting with Miller Homes they knew the five bedroom Thames housetype was perfect for them. They reserved the plot before the footings were even down and watched with sheer excitement as the property took shape.

Both Peter and Libby grew up in the Lancaster area and, after living in Manchester for nearly ten years, they felt they wanted to move closer to their family.
