FirstBuy is the Government’s purchase assistance scheme, designed to help first time buyers and others into affordable home ownership and has already helped numerous buyers onto the property ladder.

“The scheme is very straightforward and I was given plenty of help and support by the Miller Homes’ staff,” added Dr. Sikdar. “My moving in date was crucial to me and I was able to move in the time frame given and it all went smoothly.”
Currently available at 8teenthirty8 are one, two and three bedroom apartments ranging in price from 186,000 to £329,950 but some of these are FirstBuy properties so, for example, a one bedroom apartment at £186,000 would cost just £148,800 now. A two bedroom apartment at £249,950 would cost just £199,960 now so do ask for full details.
