Miller Homes is celebrating its first tranche of awards success this year, as it is crowned Private Developer of the Year by the very special judges of the First Time Buyer Awards.
The winners were voted for by readers of First Time Buyer magazine, who were asked to rank the entrants on their level of help and service they provide to first time buyers. The housebuilder was also highly commended in the Best Website category.
Chris Endsor, Chief Executive of Miller Homes, said: “These are very special awards because they measure the success of our business in relation to helping first time buyers into the market. This is something that we really pride ourselves on and have taken many steps to ensure that new buyers can find a property and a scheme to suit them.
“The fact that the awards are voted for by the readers of First Time Buyer magazine makes these awards extra special and proves that we are taking the right approach to helping new buyers to find the home of their dreams.”
Miller Homes continues to champion HomeBuy Direct – the government funded shared equity scheme that enables buyers onto the market by helping them find a deposit.
Miller Homes has also launched its own scheme, Deposit Match – yet another tool to enable first time buyers to make the most of the deposits that they have saved by doubling their money.
