There are only ninety-two houses here, and our decision to pick this development had quite a lot to do with the location. We’re between two train stations, with the nearest one having free parking. We’re ten minutes away from family, ten minutes away from the town centre and ten minutes away from the station so it’s perfect.

We also feel confident because Miller Homes provides a two-year warranty, so if anything happens they get someone around to solve any problems. They were out very quickly to resolve our issues, and the person who did them took the time to explain how he fixed them. We’re really pleased with how it was handled.

In our previous house people would congregate in the kitchen, and then we’d have to move everyone to the dining room because the rooms were separate. I love the social aspect of my new open plan kitchen diner. We also have a spacious living room and en-suite, and there is good storage for things like toys. That’s important if you’re thinking of planning a family.

We bought the house at a point where we normally wouldn't be able to make many changes, but we were able to change the work surfaces, add chrome radiators and whitewash the house as well. Even though we were past the stage that they would have allowed it, they still allowed me to have what we wanted.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes...
...because of the low amount of issues we had, and because they’ve been resolved quickly and efficiently, and I'm quite certain Miller Homes will be happy to address any problems in the future.
