All of our homes are covered by a 2 year Miller Homes and 10 year NHBC warranty.
The location of affordable housing is indicative and the tenure of homes may be subject to change.
All homes at Trinity Fields are freehold, with the exception of the 1 bedroom apartments (Hopwas/Colton plots) which are leasehold. Please ask our Development Sales Manager for leasehold information on these homes.
The annual service charge at Trinity Fields is £97.50 and the management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is Trinity Green Management Company Ltd. For homes on Phase 1, the service charge runs until 17/03/2024. For homes on Phase 2, the service charge runs until 31/05/2025. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.
Trinity Fields is a consortium development with Taylor Wimpey at Lockside Wharf, who are building new homes alongside Miller Homes. Please be aware that homes built on land owned by Taylor Wimpey may be subject to different construction timings to those of Miller Homes.
Land has been designated within the development for a future educational facility, with the land to be handed over to the County Council. Please refer to the County Council for full plans for this facility.

In Trinity Fields I have quick access to the motorway, the canal and the city centre. I can easily reach the towns and villages, as well as commute to work. It also feels nice to have a good balance between the houses and green spaces, with my house overlooking tall trees.
Miller Homes has thought about the practicality of living here.
Compared to the other development I lived on, I’m happy they thought to make the space you have useable. My home also came with electrical installation plugs outside, so it’s great for the tools I’ll use to wash my car, and if I have an electric car in the future, I won’t have to pay for the plugs to be installed.

“Unlike my friend who bought an older house, there was no chain so I didn’t have to wait.”
While it was time consuming for my friend, for me it was smooth and it worked out well. Matthew Downs, my salesperson, made sure everything was to my liking and increased my comfort in making this purchase. "The sales team were really helpful"
We were first time buyers and the people in the sales team were really helpful going through the things we needed to do. We had good aftercare and we had a handyman come around for minor things already.
