All of our homes are covered by a 2 year Miller Homes and 10 year NHBC warranty.

All homes at Southcrest Rise are freehold, with the exception of the 1 bedroom apartments which are leasehold. Please ask our Development Sales Manager for leasehold information on these homes.

The annual service charge at Southcrest Rise is £285 and the management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is Ground Solutions Ltd. The service charge runs until 17/10/2025. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.
