What our customers have to say...
“Regency Fields is in a great location, semi-rural but still close to major towns and cities.”
… I really liked this location and that’s why I came to have a look at Miller Homes. It’s semi-rural but still within easy access to Solihull, that’s just 20 minutes away and Birmingham City Centre is 25 minutes away. Originally, I was looking to downsize to a 2 bedroom house and I always thought a bungalow would be out of my price range. When I saw this home it was exactly what I’d been looking for, the layout and size of it was good and considerably bigger than any other 2 bedroom properties I’d seen.
“The part exchange scheme meant I could move into my bungalow very quickly.”
I was able to use the part exchange scheme and that made things very quick, easy and hassle free. I reserved in May and actually moved in at the end of August, so it was 12 weeks at the most. The girls in the sales office were so helpful and answered all my questions. Before I moved in, I was able to pop in at any time to have a look at the property and to measure up so that was really helpful. Since I’ve been here the builders have been brilliant and very helpful. They’ve even done jobs without asking and when they saw my husband struggling with paving slabs, asked if they could give him a hand.
I’d definitely recommend Miller Homes...
...because there hasn’t been any hassle, everything has been so easy and their communication has been good.
