It's hard to imagine a more perfect location in the north-east. Park View lies along the eastern edge of Saltwell Park and just west of the sought-after Low Fell neighbourhood. A selection of magnificent one and two bed apartments and three, four and five bedroom homes, all designed to take maximum advantage of their unique location, the development sensitively blends reclaimed stone features, conservation-quality paving and beautiful landscaping - even the bollards are by the sculptor Anthony Gormley. Park View is destined to become a benchmark for modern, sustainable urban living.

What our customers have to say...Park View overlooks Saltwell Park and has excellent views
I bought this property with me and my wife in my mind
I thought this would be a nice place for my wife and I to settle down. Saltwell Park is right on the doorstep which is very handy and the local shops are only a 10 minute walk away. There are nice restaurants and bars and Newcastle is only 10 minutes away.
Watching sunsets on the balcony is great
I didn’t see the views until everything was almost completed as I couldn’t get into the building. I’d only imagined what the views would be like and I was really impressed. I like the location as well; Gateshead College used to be on this site and I went there myself so there was a little bit of history there.
The sales staff kept me informed and let me know that we were on track to exchange
Katherine was really good and really looked after us. David the site manager was also excellent when we did the house inspection, getting our minor faults sorted out very quickly.
We weren’t pressured when we went to the site office
Miller Homes’ professionalism and standards are a lot higher than another developer that I was buying with. The sales assistant was very friendly and when we said we were just looking, we were left alone. There was no hard selling.
I would definitely recommend Miller Homes because...
...we’re very happy with our purchase. The whole process, from when I first showed an interest to when I got the keys was really smooth. I was always kept in the picture and told that we were on track, I never had to chase them. The handover of the keys was really smooth and it wasn’t stressful at all. The house is a good quality and has an excellent finish; no expense has been spared.
