Every new employee receives a robust induction programme, covering a broad range of employee issues, and training appropriate to their role. All site-based staff are required to have appropriate CSCS cards and those in higher risk roles undergo a health screening prior to working on site.
Annual performance development reviews provide an opportunity to identify and discuss training needs, career aspirations and personal objectives, which are selected to complement overarching business objectives.
