Miller Homes, one of the UK's leading private housebuilder, is pleased to announce that Stewart Lynes has been promoted to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.
This new position will strengthen the Miller Homes' executive leadership team as the company continues to progress its ambitious growth strategy. Stewart will hold responsibility for the implementation of Miller Homes' agreed strategy, including land acquisitions and housebuilding operations. He will report to Chris Endsor, CEO of Miller Homes.
Stewart joined the business in 2008 as Commercial Director, before being promoted to Operations Director in 2011. He took up the role of Managing Director for Scotland in 2013 before expanding his role in 2018 to assume responsibility for the North of England division as well. Stewart has 18 years' experience in the sector, having previously worked for several large housebuilders . He is a member of the Homes for Scotland Board and has specialist expertise in surveying, land buying and sales.
