We are looking to recruit a Secretary to join our Scotland Division based in our Edinburgh office reporting to the Personal Assistant of the Divisional Managing Director. 


You will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the respective departments and Directors in the Scotland Division while also assisting the Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the co-ordination of diaries for the Management Team/Directors and the organisation and up keep of filing systems, stationary ordering, travel arrangement and meeting organisation.  You will also be required to collate a variety of documents including letters, reports, presentations and minutes for relevant departments.


You should possess good administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. The ability to work in a confidential matter is vital. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required and experience of working in a varied role for various people is advantageous.
