We are looking to recruit Sales Director to join our Sales team based in our Wakefield office reporting to the Regional Managing Director. 

 

The primary purpose of this role will be to provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure the regional sales team is aligned and have a collective focus and approach to delivering sales targets. In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with the Group and Divisional Marketing team to shape marketing strategies, which in turn will promote the Miller brand in the market place.

 

The successful candidate will be expected to provide direction and expertise on all sales activities, and work closely with the other section heads across the Region in all aspects of the business, including supporting future land acquisition. The Yorkshire Region Sales Director will also liaise with the Divisional Sales & Marketing Director to ensure there is a consistent approach to sales and marketing strategies consistent with the Group’s strategic objectives.

 

Whilst having the enthusiasm and determination to succeed, your leadership, prior experience operating at a senior level and strong people management skills are also of paramount importance. As a skilled communicator and motivator you will possess the values and beliefs consistent with the organisation, demonstrating exemplary leadership to the Regional sales team.
