We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator, to join our Sales team based in our Derby office reporting to the Sales Director. 


You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Department / Sales Director and you will be responsible for a variety of tasks which include, but are not limited to, electronic and paper filing of correspondence, general papers and emails, answering calls from customers / employees, typing of a variety of documents including letters, memos, reports, presentations, minutes, arranging meeting and meeting rooms, updating and maintaining databases such as JD Edwards and CRM, data entry and producing reports, help with Board packs for monthly meetings and dealing with calls from regions and requesting information from them and chasing for responses.  You will be required to communicate with external parties such as solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers as well as the site and sales teams based on our Developments. 


The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate written and verbally with people at all levels, have good attention to detail along with excellent organisational skills and the ability to deal with a number of tasks at the same time and be able to work to deadlines. You should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft (2010), Word, Excel and Powerpoint and experience of working in a fast paced Sales team and working for multiple people.  Experience of databases would be advantageous. 


Additional Support in our Worcester office may be required.
