We are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our Production team based in our West Midlands Region reporting to the Regional Production Director.

 

You will ensure that site teams deliver specified financial, quality, construction and safety targets for the development while managing the performance of site management teams. You will also liaise with relevant departments (internal and external) to address any queries or concerns not resolved at site management level.

 

The successful candidate should have working knowledge of the housebuilding sector. In addition, you should possess a valid CSCS card. An NVQ in Construction, Level 4 or above, is desirable or to be qualified by experience.
