We are looking to recruit a Planning Administrator to join our Land team based in our Basingstoke office reporting to the Personal Assistant.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support in a timely and accurate manner and be comfortable dealing with people of all levels both face to face and over the phone. You will assist with land registry, monitoring of Councils emerging policy positions (SHLAAs, DPDs ect), produce maps from Promap and adapt graphics to suit the team’s needs and support the team on visits to the councils, committees and site visits.
You should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft (2010) Word, Excel and PowerPoint with experience of working in a varied role and working for multiple people. You will have excellent communication skills written and verbally with attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
