We are looking to recruit an Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our IT team based in our Edinburgh office reporting to the Head of Technology.  


You will be responsible for all aspects of networking and Linux server infrastructure while having strong client delivery skills to ensure we drive forward Miller Homes’ business aligned technology objectives. The technology objectives are to; avoid downtime by identifying and resolving issues and single points of failure, maintaining performance of IT systems and ensuring IT delivers value back to the business.


The role will require proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues.  These skills will also be required to plan, implement and deliver critical system upgrade projects. The successful candidate should possess a computer or I.T. related college or university degree or equivalent industry certification. Previous experience of server and networking technology and with application, server and network monitoring systems is desirable. Any experience with HPE, Cisco Meraki or Fortinet networking technologies is an advantage. A working knowledge of Linux is mandatory (SuSE, Red Hat or CentOS) with scripting experience an advantage (Python or BASH).
