We are looking to recruit a site based Development Sales Manager to join our Sales team based in our Yorkshire Region reporting to the Sales Manager.
Your role is primarily to manage the day to day sales function on a development and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and actual customers having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.
You may have sales experience ideally from the new-build homes sector however candidates from a variety of customer-focused sales backgrounds will be considered. You will be self-motivated, target driven and organised with good IT proficiency.
