We are looking to recruit an Assistant Land Manager to work as part of our Land Team in the West Midlands Office based in Worcester reporting to the Senior Land Manager.


As Assistant Land Manager your role will include the identification of land and development opportunities both short and medium term, research and appraisal work, preparation of offers, negotiation with Land Owners and Agents. You will progress deals post acceptance and also provide support and liaise with Housing Associations on the affordable housing contracts.


Ideally, you will have experience of land acquisition, preferably gained in a private house building environment. Preferably educated to degree level with planning/property related discipline desirable or where transferable skills can be demonstrated. Good standard of written English essential. The ability to meet tight deadlines along with good communication skills is essential. The role involves travel which requires a full driving licence.
