We wish to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to join our Technical team.  The role will be based at our new Teesside office, due to open in Aycliffe near Darlington in the autumn and reporting to the Technical Director.


You will be responsible for and be involved in a diverse range of duties and projects including Planning and Building Regulation Applications / Liaising with local Authorities, preparing design information and construction detailing, house type drawings, attending development and site meetings together with the necessary administration as will be required in connection with the duties associated with the Technical Department. 


You should be fully conversant in Autocad software, while also having a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
