Miller Homes North East is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Director to join our team. As a major housebuilder in the UK, we are at the forefront of creating exceptional homes and communities. With our North East region planning for rapid growth, we need an experienced Sales Director who can be instrumental in our journey.
What will you be doing?
- Leading and managing our sales team, ensuring they have the support and resources to deliver outstanding results.
- Collaborating with the wider leadership team to shape the future direction of the business and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure that our sales strategies deliver and maximise cost effective sales leads and conversion rates.
- Develop and deliver effective sales, marketing and communications within the North East whilst maintaining brand integrity and consistency.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a sales leadership role with a high-volume housebuilder.
- A proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive, problem solver
