We are looking to recruit a site based Development Sales Manager to join our Sales team based in the West Midlands Region (Shropshire), reporting to the Sales Manager.
Your role is primarily to manage the day-to-day sales function on a development and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and actual customers having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets. New Homes sales experience is essential.
You will be self motivated, target driven and organised with good IT proficiency.
