- Delightful decorations. These are a necessity come Christmas time. No home is complete without them, and whether you opt for a tasteful and sophisticated style or just plain old festive fun, decorating your home is guaranteed to get you in the Christmas spirit.

- Share with the community. Christmas time is ultimately about giving, so why not invite your neighbours and friends in for a festive glass of mulled wine. Serve piping hot with an orange peel garnish and you’re sure to become the favourite neighbour! The sight and sound of your house buzzing with your nearest and dearest will instantly lift the feeling of your house, and make it feel like a warm and welcoming home ready for Christmas in no time.

- Choose the right Christmas tree. We recommend finding a suitable corner or alcove in which to carefully position your tree, allowing it to be visible and appreciated by the whole family but without being in the way. Alternatively, follow tradition and pop your tree in front of your front window and share the beauty with your neighbours.

- Seasonal smells – there’s nothing quite like the right smells in a home to remind people of Christmas, whether it’s the pine needles from the tree, mince pies in the oven or mulled wine on the stove.  Or why not try some festive potpourri or scented candles to set off the senses?
