Show home launch spells new era for Moss Side

Show home launch spells new era for Moss Side
This Saturday sees the launch of three new show homes at the Infusion development in Moss Side Manchester.

This landmark development is a huge coup for the area and we at Miller Homes are very proud to be involved with partners Manchester City Council GB Building Solutions and the Homes and Communities Agency to help market and sell these homes to the public.

Moss Side has developed a negative reputation over the years and this development aims to change these perceptions and make the area a family friendly modern desirable place to live.

Infusion comprises 71 eco rated homes including seven new build properties and 64 renovated Victorian properties.

The show homes showcase all the best eco-friendly features such as sun pipes insulation heating systems and energy efficient appliances.

Interior designers No Chintz have transformed the three show homes that will be launched this weekend to show just how modern and beautiful these homes can be.

Coronation Street star Katherine Kelly will be there to kick of proceedings and officially open the show homes while filmmaker Karen Gabay will be there to showcase her film ‘Memories of Moss Side and Hulme which will be screened at the opening.

Infusion is part of a wider £17 million transformation of Bowes Street – a scheme comprising the redevelopment of 155 properties across five streets.

I hope everyone thoroughly enjoys the launch of this exciting new development and that people love the homes at Infusion as much as we do.
