Double success!

We were all absolutely delighted to hear that we have yet more awards coming our way following the First Time Buyer awards which took place at the end of last week.

Not only were we voted private developer of the year for the second year running but we also scooped the prize for most imaginative online marketing campaign for our Birthday Bonanza competition which attracted record numbers of you to our website on the year of our 75th Birthday.

We're always delighted to hear of any awards coming our way but the First Time Buyer awards are extra special owing to the fact that the decisions are made by those we hold in such high regard the first time buyers themselves.

With so much talk of just how difficult it is to get onto the property ladder these days we've worked extremely hard to show that it doesn't have to be all doom and gloom out there. Our recent survey results showed that buyers aren't being phased by the scaremongering in the media and the latest additions to our collection of awards show that we're taking the right steps to ensure that owning your dream home needn't be a mere pipedream.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the readers of First Time Buyer magazine not only for giving us their votes in the awards but also for having faith in the market. I can assure you that your faith will be rewarded in the long run.
